Not sure on the amount of shares outstanding. Called the CEO two years ago he was very confident about his product. Coldfusion is supposed to simplifies the way you can program on the Internet. Not sure what the technology actually is and not sure about their business model.

but that the way these nets are I guess ,any tech info would be appreciated
