Looks like 24 days in a row that BUGS did not close below $4 as long as Jan 12 or whatever that day was didn't blow the string.

Is the requirement for NASDAQ listing 30 days?

Anyone have any ideas re BUGS qualifications on the other criteria?
No long record of profits that is for sure. I wonder where they stand on Net Tangible Assets? Have they raised more equity capital?
