I was logging on to the E*Trade IPO Center site today around 5PM EST time. Saw that PerotSystems IPO was available starting (3pm Pacific, which is 5pm EST). Clicked on it and then it said there was no more allocation available??? It just started? Weird. When I tried again, there was no reference to PerotSystems IPO at all. Any explanation guys? -Tae Kim
