If you had done the slightest amount of DD, you would know that the above statement is entirely incorrect (like everything you post here).

The price of the 2.5M convertibles is based on the market price of TSIG stock at some point in April or May. Not .35. I think there is some law against publishing disinformation as you have done, but I will checck with SI and the SEC to be certain.

Furthermore, God knows where you got such a ridiculous discout as 70% to the market. You probably dug it out the ditch you wallow in.

As far as doing the math, a 70% discount to .35 does not result in .245 as you claim.

I hate to say it but you are one DUMB, DOWN AND DIRTY ditchgigger!
