Elio, IF (and I say IF) a Private Placement was made then the group putting up the money MAY sell some shares but I'd expect they were looking for a longer term investment. Who can say. I do tend to think that BNEZ could probably use some money now for promoting PMA and I would support such an action AS LONG AS they company does not have to discount the shares much below present stock prices. I don't think it's a big deal IF it has happened. AS LONG AS BNEZ stays within the 35 million authorized share number (which is what I EXPECT) then I think we will all do JUST FINE! This is based upon the single ASSUMPTION: PMA sells! (at least 100k and preferably 300-500k) this year! That is my honest opinion, later, leroyt
