Your logic eludes me. DAY has assets, we know that. DAY is also involved in a significant lawsuit (from DAY's point of view) with MDIN. As a MDIN shareholder, I hope DAY loses and if that means they go under, well, so be it. If DAY goes under and/or loses the lawsuit, that does not change the fact that the Andacollo has gold reserves. That does not change the results of the ACHowe study of MDIN properties which indicates gold on their Andacollo properties. You imply that if DAY goes under that means there is no gold in the Andacollo area....WRONG So..DAY losing the lawsuit and possibly going under does not mean that there is no gold there. It does however vindicate MDIN, and may provide MDIN with a substantial amount of assets or $$ depending upon the ruling from the court.

You stated:

"If DAY were getting hit because MDIN was going to get all their assets in court it
would be a different story, but no one selling DAY is doing so because of MDIN."

How do you know this is not the case?????
