Jim,

This should do the trick.

C - Ref(C, -1)

or

H - Ref(H, -1)

Use the custom formula icon f(x) to enter the formula and then save it under a name and then drag and drop it on your chart.

If you want it in a new empty window on the chart, right click on the chart, select 'Inner Window' and then 'new' to add one.
