****MEETING WITH ROBERT GORDON****

I met with Robert Gordon for over one and a half hours today. He laid out the plans for the development of TSIG and painted an extremely exciting picture. I now have a fairly decent picture of where and how TSIG is going forward. I have to be vague in some areas for two reasons. I just got too much information and he wanted to have a lot come to you through PRs. Expect a lot of them.

1. Very soon all the negative items discussed will be history. The CCI purchase is at the final point. The accounting is all but completed and decisions will soon be made. The 5-14 SEC filing was the origional agreement and never took place. The new purchase agreement will be different once renegotiated and the shareholders will be much happier.

There is a concerted effort to get away from all the problems of the past. Many changes and will be soon announced. All will be very pleased. PRs will be issued explaining.

2. The Private Placement documents were filed according to all requirements. I am to recontact Paul Henry and specifically find out where and how it can be found. He was not in today while I was there. Sorry but that is the way it is for now and those who think the company rises or falls on this item, be patient or complain. I'm trying.

So far TSIG has taken about half of the first tranche of the PP. It is being looked at now over the next week or so to see if the rest of the initial 2.5 million is even necessary.

The PP members are on our side. I think they have even been involved in helping with obtaining business for TSIG.

3. Watch for an announcement explaining the expanded relationship with Cohesive. A new contract has been signed. Did you know Cohesive did all the outsourcing for Netscape at one time? The new site appears to be on schedule--up by March.

4. TSIG is hiring a VP of operations for the new Card Division.

5. Watch for another new division to be announced. I don't know exactly what it is but it's VP in charge is being looked for.

6. If you thought we were in charities before, you haven't seen anything yet. There may be several additions soon.

7. There is also something soon that will have the potential to add 7-8 million cards. The exposure is in the perfect area. Completion of this will totally shock the market. Cross your fingers full time.
RG expects the Card Division to generate 3-400 million in revenue in 2-3 years.

8. TSIG and CCI will soon have a complete face lift. RG will tell you. I like it a lot. The new image will clarify we are an internet related company.

9. Watch for the Spanish speaking expansion. This is going to be big in both the teleservices and internet areas.

10. The direction of TSIG is to develop relationships with internet related companies.

11. I guess from this, so far, you can tell there are deals in the pipeline (over 30). Look for a bunch of neat stuff coming soon and in the future.

12. RG doesn't understand the response to the Signature deal announcement. It is absolutely enormous. The $40/hr is correct and the margins are over 25%.

The call center is to expand to include bi-lingual services.

The bank examined over 30 other companies and we won on merit and what we could do for them.

It is not known to the public yet but this deal is much larger than announced. It is already bigger. By the end of the year TSIG will have 125-150 more employees just to handle this aditional business. Look for further PRs as our comittments with Signature are expanded into other areas.

13. VSI--Visitors Service is de-emphasizing the old business. No longer will there be anything unprofitable or close margined. The new emphasis is on card related internet telephony business. The plans are to deal with all class companies with solid financials with the emphasis on blue chip companies.

14. The anticipated move to the NASDAQ is real and a consuming goal to Gordon. We talked of this some time back and his attitude has not changed except to become more focused. All avenues are being considered (purchase and filing). We may get there sooner than you think.

15. The existing 70 monitors are not expected to handle the increase in business. I saw the layout to add 53 more plus a new larger training room and 6 new offices. The expansion is expected to take place shortly. Also the existing floor space is expected to prove inadequate so a new location is expected to be on the agenda around the first of the year.

16. Mr Gordon wants to put together a shareholders letter explaining what is happening and what is coming. He wants to do it in a couple of weeks or so but I don't know how due to his full plate.

17. The request is there for further sales leads to go through Robert Gordon. You can use Marty Frankel if you want. Mr Gordon reads all his email--RPG@TSIG.COM--or call him--1-888-883-8744--and he will entertain you. He is very interested in all contributions. JimB, he read yours twice.

This is not a slight to Dixie(Rich). RG wants the sales department to stay focused on current assignments instead of fracturing their time.

18. My next visit is to be scheduled the first of March. There will be a lot more to discuss. Most of what I have posted here will be old news by then.

19. Almost forgot this one. The PromoCard may be reduced from a 5 unit to a 2 or 3 unit card. It has not been forgotten. Like I have said before, it takes longer to deal with nationally known widely used by everyone coast-to-coast distributed product corporation. Well the time needed to close has about expired.

I hope this helps settle some issues.

It is going to be fun to watch the development of TSIG from now on. The party is about to begin.

Bob
