Mark: just noticed your post in response to Darkgreen's post. You are correct in my opinion. I am in fact making my own best efforts in the decision making process. ie. keep the stock, acquire more etc. One of several issues that I have about the value of VLNC is the lack of information from the company.

I have tried to ask questions of Darkgreen to see if there was any information that he may have that would indicate a meaningful opinion as to the value of the stock. Does he have a mean ax to grind, does he just hate the company or does he really want the stock value to go down, and if he does, why? At any rate all I can ascertain from his post is bitteness and argument. Not really any rational substance as to why he hates this stock so much.

Your response is well taken. I have decided to attend the shareholders meeting in Henderson and will try to get some real answers to my questions. Thanks for your input. Mike
