Matt, Your determination of Feb. 7th as 60 days is actually correct. I, and others, have been citing Feb. 9th as a rounded-off 60 days, using two months as the deadline. The way things are going, the announcement will probably be made at 11:59 p.m. on the 60th day. Lynn
