Dave, When I last spoke to NYRR Management the impression I got was that Conrail was trying to get the proceedings thrown out of court ( maybe it's called dismissing the case?) --anyway it is my understanding that the Judge ordered the companies to proceed--which I interpretted as good news for NYRR? JMO! On a side note--I recall you made a posting regarding a Dog sometime ago when you were communicating with Jack Garnes on this thread--it was one of the best real life stories I have heard for a long time! I went back and checked it was on August 13, 1998--and it was posting # 3389. I was bidding most of the day at .115 cents--no luck! I'll try again tomorrow! I agree with you that patience will win in this investment in the long term. JMO! Best Regards, Wayne J.
