Posted the following on Yahoo before. New to SI. More than a few are paying attention but not posting on this board. There has been steady accumulation taking place since the announcement about AON Jan 13th. For those not in the insurance world AON is a major player in the Global Brokerage world. I know of one bank that uses VISTA systems that speaks highly of them and some officers have been buying stock. This company stock ran up to the 10's twice before on wild action, but this time the trip is slow and steady. Once it plods through this area the resistance is very minimal. It is going to be a fun trip when people realize their business plan is working and the leverage starts to produce the bottom line impact. Also don't forget this is still OTC SmallCap and can't be margined. They stopped trying for for full NASDAG level and started to buy companies to leverage their databases. AON is big time. Watch the charts and volume over the next few weeks. The only question at this time is the next earnings statement which I don't have a feel for at this time. All I know is that the steady accumulation isn't being done by 100 and 200 share odd lotters. Good Luck with VINF. You may also like PCTR.
