FWIW When I spoke with the company last week I had 2 very good conversations. The first one was basically about the company and very general. The second time I called I was asked if I would like to talk with the CFO. He wasn't in at that time so I just kept asking general questions, knowing that they couldn't release any pertinent information. What I gathered was that earnings would be this (week of 1/25) and the IPO would happen the next (week of 2/2). There was a lot of expense with putting the IPO together.... I asked about timing and was told they are very concerned about getting the IPO out and the events to follow (DD, dog & pony). Sounded like they wanted it out in a hurry. As I posted in the earnings estimate for this thread Earnings out after the bell on the 25th with the IPO next week. Your guess is as good as mine. It makes sense to me to have 2 announcements with time in between each. What I would like to see is earnings with a plug on the IPO (name of underwriter?). People can digest this info and then announce the IPO. It seems they are concerned about the market condition, world events and other factors that would influence the IPO. Everyone wants this IPO to go off well. Me included that is why I am still holding my position. I like the company's strategy and believe we will prosper.
