Judge Jackson's other plans? I think we are going to get tagged at monopoly, and our execs have to go to charm school. Otherwise, I think the AOL/NSCP deal redefines the market and precludes divestiture, which, in any case, would increase shareholder value. The end of the trial is something we should all be looking forward too, along with the split date, and the next earnings.
