as for those w/winnings and complaints of slow payment,I don't know ANY company that isn't slow to pay out.Its the nature of business.All are quick to collect,but the payout drags.I was speaking in particular of real estate const business.But all others I am familiar w/are the same.So I don't think its time to panic over GLOW,and yes I would be aggravated if I had winnings and couldn't get them right away,but it seems normal.
