Richard Do you know for a fact that they are only selling 2/3? I came to know wood because of the announcement for their web site and when I did my usual research, and found out about their land holdings, I knew I could not go wrong with wood at these prices. However I truley hope they do keep some of the land as security for future needs. To me land is always valuable . BTW, BB stocks have been really hot in the last couple of weeks. wood is the only BB stock I have ever bought , it seems like they are doing great. check out CMOZ
