PC Computing Article: Clik vs. Flash RAM zdnet.com Check out this article. CompactFlash comes out the winner. While it is a lot more expensive per megabyte, it is less prone to mechanical failure. Also, prices should go down due to competition in the future. In the digital camera market, Clik doesn't look like it has a promising future.
