I came into this one today......I like it at .34 because is has incredible speculative upside. QRT is on the TSE, has good management, excellent partnerships, and is exploring in areas of the world that will make deposits economically viable to mine. I think we will see it cycle back up to recent .60-.80 highs as we get closer to some drill results.
