The newly issued 2.6 mill shares went to previous owners of SDMT. (These are included in the 8.35 mill now outstanding.) Shares are restricted from trading for a year. The reminder of the shares belong to ELVD principals and the public float. Two acquisitions are in the works. No announcements before late Feb., early March at the earliest. The name and symbol change could happen as early as Fri.; if not by Fri., then definately next week. Apart from the name and symbol change, there could be a pr in the next few weeks, depending on what transpires. That's about it. How'd I do? Victor
