After 3 hours I think you can safely say that the role of the PARENT is to be not active in discussions regarding student, teacher, admin, evals...etc.

and that reveals human nature.......Parents toss their children like sticks in a stream. And where they go..Mommy and Daddy don't know...and care less.

and that is why schools suck and educators are worse than ever. Nobody cares enough.
