just checking in ... note from the real world .. 2 full pg. ads in today's wsj 1. barnesandnoble.com for business books. 2. buy.com --- comparing its prices to the more expensive competition in 6 categories -- yes amazon was the target for books get with it folks, to the extent that this co's future is hitched to books, music, videos and the soon-to-be announced software store, it's dead -- margin slashing competition everyone else is always reinforcing amzn's image as a bookstore and you think that they'll become a trusted name for drugstore.com or for shop the web -- no no my deluded bulls (are there any of you left? come on, this hype machine has a few more manic days and weeks left in it when you can pretend that stock manipulation and speculation justifies your lunatic rantings) lp ps william if you sold all these stocks why do you still hang out on the internut boards???
