No. OEMs are JIT, as least as far as getting the drives go. Inasmuch as OEMs stuff the channel with their boxes, that's their own stupidity, not the drive makers. There was some talk about channel assembly changing the OEM supply dynamics, but channel assembly has been a smashing failure so far. Dell still rules.
