Elio, a couple of things.
1. I looked Jack and Mikey right in the eyes and they told me no R/S ever again. It didn't accomplish what they had thought the first time and they will never do it again PERIOD. AND believe me, if it did ever happen, there would be ALOT of problems for them, as mentioned, they are Officers of the company and IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBLITY TO DO THE BEST JOB THEY CAN FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS.
Thats why they are working their asses off right now on a bunch of new deals, they know dam well they screwed up with the R/S and the only way to make it up to the shareholders is to Make Deals happen with PMA.
2. As for company financials, Jack had them in his hand when I was their, of course I didn't get to look at them, but everything is kept up to date, LIKE I HAVE SAID AND ASK LEYROT, BNEZ IS A VERY PROFESSIONALLY RUN COMPANY, BOTTOM LINE.
3. Remember, if somebody did a PP with us, sometimes that person or group has to do what the company wants.
ie, say they say we want 500k and BNEZ says no we want 1 million to take PMA nationally, so the group says okay, will give you 1 million and then WE WILL SELL OFF SOME OF OUR NEW STOCK TO REDUCE OUR RISK, SINCE THIS IS A BB COMPANY. I'm sure the group or whoever will sell 25%-30% of their stock to leverage out. In my opinion, if we did a PP, it was on our terms, not the buyers of the stock.
Therefore the company isn't selling any shares into the open market, but the PP people could still be,
BUT THE BOTTOM LINE IS WE HAVE 1 MILLION HARD CASH IN THE BANK, UNLIKE OTHER BB COMPANIES TO TAKE OUR PRODUCT NATIONALLY,
now if we take a vote, I'm sure we will take a little dilution of our stock and the 1 million cash versus, BNEZ filing bankrupcty????????
Within a very short amount of time, if we did a 504, we will see that money at work, very very soon.
BTW, I know your bumming, a BNEZers told me about WCTI 3 weeks ago when it was at 3 bucks, a BB company with an internet search engine and go take a look today, 33 bucks, probably 40 tomorrow, but BNEZ will have its day, that is money in the bank, just look at the software.
