I don't think you're a lier, but... They might have said they are busy rushing around spending & preparing for the possiblity of an IPO, but I doubt anyone would tell you over the phone that an IPO would be announced the week after earnings release unless you were sleeping with the CFO's secretary. Companies just don't divulge that sort of thing. I appreciate your enthusiasm, but I just don't buy your DD feedback, sorry.
