Joe, It is rumored that financing is in place for this timeshare project. I haven't got the details but I heard that we may get a press release within a couple of weeks regarding financing. I hope the dreaded reverse does not happen but time will tell. Anyway this could turn this stock around with only 36 million shares issued. Hoping for all investors that we get good information this week or next in the form of a Press Release.
