Let's talk about this 10-day moving average of the put call ratio.

First of all, is Bob talking about the CBOE put:call ratio, the OEX put:call ratio, or some other ratio?

Secondly, isn't this another new topic of discussion on Bob's show? I don't remember hearing him talk about it before.

Third, is the put:call ratio as direct an indicator as the percent bulls/bears? I don't think so.
