No I can't agree with your thinking, to fully understand what Dines is thinking you would need to read his Mass Psychology book. It expands his thinking for his letter much more.

I was sceptical at first, but his thinking is way ahead of the conventional thinking, he is in a league of his own.

He already states when it will be time to sell??
