The class action suits were OLD OLD news. They were filed back in 1994. A judge has determined that they should be consolidated into just one class action. INEL management, in consultation with legal counsel, strongle believes that the suit is without merit and has vigorously defended against it. I have seen class action after class action going after any company whose stock price has dropped significantly over a short period of time and my conclusion is that the class actions really amounted to nothing and rarely had any material impact on the company's financial welfare. The stock will move based on the company's sales and earnings. The lawsuit is totally immaterial. It may be enough to scare away the weak hands but most people will ignore it. I know I do. and I also believe at $4.25 a share, INEL will give triple digit return on investment.

Regards,

Tom
