kzap & tg, i was agreeing with you. i'm not aware of anything with respect to the csma shell that would warrant increase in share price. i also believe the conditions of this stock do make it a reasonable target for p&d (dirt cheap - large float - confusion over what's going on with the company - i think they're all here). i still hold my shares and will until my spinoffs are in my account. gary
