I believe there are laws requiring the prompt publication of material information. The fact that some investors were informed about it before others is not entirely kosher. Personally I don't care, but as a shareholder I want the company to avoid even the appearance of any wrongdoing. I would expect a PR tomorrow or Wednesday at the latest.
