I think the best way to explain why stocks keep rising is primarily because of "fuel" (as Mark Boucher, ranked top Hedge Fund Manager by Nelsons') put it in his book the "Hedge Fund Edge".

I have been tracking these stocks with "fuel" and they have been moving in the direction of the trend. I actually found a site that offer these stocks with "Fuel up" and "Fuel down". The site is called TRADEHARD.com [http://www.tradehard.com], they actually update the site daily with the "fuel" list.
