I wouldn't view the increase in volume and price in
the last 15 minutes as terribly significant. I've
been watching PSIX closely as well. I traded it a couple
of weeks ago and wish I would have held it...but I didn't.

I don't see a pennant forming just yet but with the lower
volume today, that may very well happen.

It needs to stay above 31 and I think it'll stay in a
narrow range for a few days barring news, etc.
