OT: Here's a six step procedure for the Senate. 1. Do nothing behind closed doors. 2. Vote No on dismissal 3. Debate and vote on whether or not the Impeachment Articles, if true, rise to the level of removal of the President. Simple majority. 4. If a simple majority think the Articles do rise to that level, start calling witnesses. No holds barred. 5. Vote on the Articles. 6. If the majority votes that the Articles do not rise to the level, do not call witnesses, but register a vote on the Articles. john
