Au contraire, monsieur!

No crime in selling stock when it bumps up. Isn't that what most of us do?

All sorts of good stocks are being sued by their shareholders these days. Look no further than CYMI and CD for easy examples. You could have had either for 6 1/2 back in October; now both are trading around $20, with lawsuits still in effect (although CD has settled one of theirs).

Lawyers are lawyers.

By getting back into the Internet business (whatever the hell that means), ZAP has pulled the rug out from under the class action lawsuits against it.

Why? Because when they announce their new portal page, ZAP will shoot straight to $20-25 a share. Follow that up with the de facto announcement of a 2-for-split (isn't that what all Internet companies do, sooner or later?), and you're looking at a $30-40 stock, probably in a matter of weeks, rather than months.

And you're gonna sue?

Good luck. But if I were you, I'd hang onto my shares a little longer.
