Zeepascal - Here are a couple of other things I don't understand. Glen Meyers is a former high-level Intel employee and, from my understanding, a personal friend of Andy Grove's. On the face of it, this would not appear to be the type of individual to go out on his own and co-found a company with the intent of cooking the books. Second, and possibly more importantly, everyone seems to forget that Intel still has a 17% stake in RadiSys. Now, Andy Grove's a pretty bright guy, in my estimation, and if I were him, I'd have checked every toilet seat in the place before I sold one of my units in exchange for a 17% stake in the buyer's company. Intel doesn't strike me as the type of company that would get snookered into a bad deal with anyone, least of all with a former employee/friend of the Chairman.

I think the lawsuit is sour grapes and RSYS will ultimately prevail in both the suit and any "investigation" by the SEC.
