I suppose that's possible although AT&T says they are PARTNERING with PNLK from the Monday Press Release: "Our partnership with ProNetLink is an important step towards realizing the vision of an Internet-connected world in international trade and commerce. AT&T is very pleased to be partnering with ProNetLink in the deployment of revolutionary Internet technologies which will facilitate global trade," said Sameer Mepani, Senior Manager for Internet Technologies at AT&T."
