There is no telling. Rememeber, the very wealthy often get where they are by playing hardball or by being overly agressive finacially. I wouldn't trust any officer of a public company unless I had personally insight/contact with him/her. Also, sometimes people will violate the law without knowing they have; that's what happened to the officers and directors of the Banks and S&Ls during the late 80s. Sometimes people think they are so smart they don't listen to the expert advice they receive. Sometimes bonuses are tied to finacial performance. Stock options are worthless if the price doesn't rise. Company sounds great, but they better be clean. Probably are clean, but uncertainity is a killer. Don't bet the farm. Accumulate slowly if you buy. Before the announcement, I had hoped to be able to get in at these levels if the market corrected. It will have to go into the 30's to tempt me. Good luck.
