Pluses/Minuses

Pluses:

1. Expanded bandwidth, confirmation of anticipated expanded version 3.0

2. Quote from AT&T. The fact that a senior manager for technologies took the time to say anything at all shows that this is of some importance to AT&T, and probably involved some discussions as opposed to PNLK simply filling out some applications and automatically accepted.

3. Less clear but possibly very important, I believe, is the fact that the AT&T quote was very specific in it's focus on the importance of global trade to AT&T. However, one can only speculate how important PNLK specifically is to AT&T's goal to be involved in 'bringing down the walls of international trade'. They quote did, however, include ... 'our partnership with ProNetLink is an important step towards realizing the vision..'.

Minuses: none

My opinion is that this is significant at the least and extremely significant at the most. Ted
