No. Its predecessor--the company whose shell WOOD moved into--went Chapter 11. You refer, obviously, to what I initially said on the WOOD thread. I was in fact quoting another poster. Was corrected on the point, checked, and subsequently reported the correction in a follow-up post.

I suspect your buddy Spidey's trying to compare this to his saying three times in a 10 hour period that LGCY had been delisted. It won't work.
