1) The hearing went on as scheduled. (Even though neither side can verify who was actually there) 2) AAA clearly asks for more info from AZNT so they can make a decision on january 26th... 1) How many times did Spidey insist there was no hearing at all, period? Hint: many. 2) Don't you think the guy from the AAA would find it a tad important to mention AZNT was not there if that were the case? And guess when the 26th is! - Jeff
