Josh, It's the appearance of impropriety or lack of forthcoming that's the problem.

As I stated earlier, until I know otherwise I think the books are clean.

The problem is that when this all broke, the last word from RSYS was that they had not been contacted by the SEC.

We were all left with the impression that this was over. I think it was incumbent upon them to advise us when they turned over financial documents.

Would the stock price have suffered? Yes, of course, but the damage would have been less.

This drop was more dramatic than the initial annoncement. Why? Because it gives the appearance of hiding something.
