Barbara, With due respect, I see FNTN, a fine team, racing with a green flag, and I've put my money on the line as one of their sponsors, so to speak.
In auto racing, winning takes guts, determination, precision, perseverance, talent, energy, long hours, planning, money, knowledge, precisely tuned equipment, a great driver, crew chief, and team. However, even then, things can and do go wrong. The bad accidents, the red flags, can be gut-wrenching. The caution, yellow flags, one learns from and goes on. Each calls for mental toughness.
I saw a member of a pit crew bring his negative energy to a team, which previously had been up beat and winning. The team went down hill. He brought his pessimism and negativity, and it spread for awhile, until the owner/driver asked him to leave. They won the following week.
IMO it looks like we have the ingredients for a winning team and could bring home the checkered! I applaud FNTN for what they have accomplished.
Regards, FJ
