If they were to spin AV off, what makes the most sense to me would be a separate tracking stock...kinda like AGPH biotech is doing where shareholders receive 1 share of the new tracking stock for every 2 shares of AGPH. This would allow true value to be realized without stealing from the shareholders. Based on the message on their website there is obviously something else in the works.
