Hot news from Moscow ! . . . The Russian Itar-Tass News Agency posted a news item at 12:13pm Moscow time today with the following headline: "Russia, US to sign documents on commercial space launches". I can't get the full story as I am not a subscriber, but maybe the US news agencies will have details later today. Hooray !
