Victor, thank you for your comments on the likelihood of CPQ buying an IP as part of its internet strategy. As I now see from two news items posted last night and this morning, one from Bloomberg and the other, from the WSJ, buying an IP seems about as likely as buying a dairy.

If indeed CPQ does announce an IPO for Alta Vista, the price action of CPQ could be interesting. There are a number of people who play the stocks of companies that spin-off internet IPOs. Time will tell if these internet IPO players move into CPQ for the, "Quick hit;" much depends on what is actually said during the news briefing today.
