TetraTech is WATR and it is a follow on offering,
not an IPO. Significantly, they don't indicate
what range they intend to price the offering at.
Yesterday WATR closed at 24 5/8, but it
has been a little volatile lately.

I put a limit order for 100 shares
at 19 for this offering.
