John, I received the news release on the private placement. I must say I'm alarmed at its timing. Why would the company chose to dilute the shares of this company at a time when the price is at a historical low. I've seen this happen before, and it is not necessarily a negative for share price, but I didn't get the sense that working capital was an immediate concern. I've been pleased with the steps and decisions of this company to date, but this latest release leads me to conclude that this placement was made to insiders, and that it had more to do with a golden handshake than what's in the best interest of shareholders. This is what I'm left with from the release, can you enlighten me and the other investors further. Grant
