mortgage cos. like Countrywide, and large property managers are major beneficiaries of ebpp. If Countrywide can reduce their collection cycle 1 day on 25% of their mortgages (400,000 of them, over time) @ say $1000, x6% x12 mos they pocket something over $750K while cutting billing expenses substantially.
Big ticket guys really have an incentive to do this stuff!
