Howie.... I'm a contrarian and a pessimist, so you and I have something in common. I'm thinking that earnings will be more than .36 and less than .40 and that MAY disappoint some, but that's the only slightly weak possibility that I see right now. This next 3 days is gonna be fast-moving news and stock action so where CPQ will end on Fri. at 4pm is a mystery to me. Up, I hope. I like the company and its long-term outlook and I'm in for the long haul, so in the big picture, I should do fine. 69 in '99 would be great, but I'll settle for 60! El
