Perhaps if she had been appointed to some other post Actually, I think the revelation would have been a legitimate issue if she was being appointed as secretary of interior, which I think has jurisdiction over immigration. Do you seriously suggest that anyone who has ever broken a minor law is disqualified from the Justice Department. The position would be unfilled forever. TP
